Option 1: Pre-Register Credit Card Online

your credit card! This option is designed to expedite your ability to walk into the Auction Party and immediately start bidding on items!

Option 2: Provide Credit Card at Auction Party
Our Rookies will be there to help you
with Check-In at the event;
you can then provide your CC information
in-person if that is more suitable

Director Charge
*Directors ONLY (optional)
Enter code "DIRECTOR"
at the bottom of this page
Select "YES" when prompted re:
Director’s Charge on Next page
under "Additional Information"
and submit Director Account Number
OR
Share Director status with Check-In staff
at event registration
Note: Directors will also need
to sign a paper form at Check-In
and will be invoiced by HLSR
then charged at a later date

2. Contribute a "NICE" monetary donation before hitting "Next"
3. View/Bid on auction items online once
bidding goes live the week of Monday, December 1.
