- All items must be paid for in full before leaving with the items.
- Items may not be billed to HLSR accounts, unless a current HLSR Director.
- Purchased items not claimed by the Parade Committee General Meeting on February 24, 2026 will be donated to next year's auction.
- If you are a Parade Committee member, remember to bring your Parade ID Badge and scan in for the Committee Meeting.
