We are excited to be hosting our first ever brisket cooking and preparation demonstration day.  We are working with Dr. Davey Griffin - Professor & Meat Specialist for the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service.  As you can see below we will have some presentations from Dr. Griffin along with live hands on demonstrations and we will be having some delicious Brisket for lunch cooked by Breggy Bomb BBQ.
