Family/Friends Farm Fun Stay! • Day 1 is the arrival day. Delta Airlines arrive just after 5pm in Johannesburg. Theron will collect the hunters and transport to the hunting area.
• Day 2 - Day 7 hunt. Morning hunting can still be done on day 7. Thereafter the hunters will be transported back to Johannesburg for their flight back home.
• 3 meals per day prepared by Theron's Chef. Water, soft drinks, local beer and wine in moderation
• Daily laundry services
• Professional Hunter who will guide the hunter on the hunt
• Trackers & Skinners. The tracker will assist with tracking of the animals and the skinners will ensure that the hide of the animal gets taken off with the highest of precision
• Field preparation of trophies - the hides & Skulls with horns are treated with salt as well as any other parts of the animal, e.g. feet, the hunter wish to send to the taxidermy. After the hunt the taxidermy will collect the trophies and start communicating with the hunters. The hunters have a choice of either dip & pack the trophies and let it get mounted in the USA. Alternatively the taxidermy will do the mounting to the hunters specifications.
• Pick up & Drop off at OR Tambo International Airport.

Excluded in the hunt:

• Airfares from USA to South Africa - If the hunters arrives example on 2 April but the hunt is booked from the 3rd, then the hunters can either book themselves in at a hotel in Johannesburg airport (Theron can assist with this) or we can collect the hunters and one extra night's accommodation at $435 per hunter will be charged.
• Trophy fees (price list will be sent to hunters upon receiving details of the winning bidder) - Minimum of 3 animals required per hunter
• Rifle hire & ammo/Crossbow hire at $70 a day - Hunters can bring their own rifles provided that the temporary rifle permit for South Africa has been applied for latest 30 days prior to arrival. (Theron does have a company that can assist with the rifle permits) No permit needed for a bow as long as the hunters put a sticker on the bow casing indicating that it is a bow inside.
• All work done by the taxidermy, the shipping agent costs and paperwork
• $200 administration fee per hunter
• Gratuities/Tips
• Any additional activities the hunters wish to do, e. g. Photographic Safari to the Kruger National Park

Deposits - Each hunter needs to pay a deposit of $1,000 to secure the hunt. The deposit will be deducted off the final hunting invoice. The hunting invoice and payment will be done on the last day of the hunt.

Payment of trophy fees - Theron accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Tips need to be paid in cash. Should the hunter wish to add it to the trophy bill, 15% value added tax will be added to the tip amount.

Hunters to notify their banks that they will be travelling to South Africa and to open their bank cards for usage.

Payments of rifle/Crossbow hire - This can also be added to the final hunting invoice.

Wi-fi - Limited Wi-fi is available at the hunting lodges. It is recommended that hunters use the WhatsApp app on their mobile telephones to be in contact with their loved ones back home. Alternatively, Theron will also stay in contact with the families via e-mail, advising of the hunter's safe arrival in SA, sending photos of the trophies harvested and updates on the progress of the hunt.

Special vaccinations - No special vaccinations are required but it is recommend that you start Malaria tables before arriving in SA.

Born in Dallas and raised in Houston, Jim Hudek has always been involved in some sort of creative endeavor. Moving paint around on the canvas since 1960, from airbrush art to acrylic and oils, he has ventured on a lifetime of techniques and explorations. However, his true passion is abstract expressionist art.

Using paint, paper and other materials he creates a mood on canvas. Through colors and composition, and with a spontaneity of random brush strokes his art has an urban look.
Much of his mixed media work comes from images taken around town. Jim uses his own street photography in his art. Old billboards, signs and buildings. Whatever catches his eye.

Labradoodles are consistently among the most popular breeds in the United States!  What is a F1B Labradoodle? A F1B Labradoodle is a back-crossed Labradoodle that is 75% Poodle genetics and 25% Labrador.  The F1 means that it comes from a first generation (F1) Labradoodle and the B indicates there is a Poodle backcross. Only about two decades old, this breed is a mix of two other top breeds - the Labrador and the Poodle. Labradoodles have the intelligence of a Poodle and the loveable, playful personality of a Labrador. They typically don't shed much, are devoted to their family, gentle and tend to be easy going since the Labradoodle was bred not to be aggressive.
