Item Requirements for Rookies*

  • 2 items valued at $500.00 or more
  • 2 items valued at $100.00 or more
  • 1 Gift Certificate for a restaurant valued at $100.00 or more

Note: We expect you to fulfill these requirements by the designated deadline of TBD; however, if you need help please let the leadership team know so we can assist.

Auction Item FAQ

  • What items are NOT permissible?
    • Alcohol
    • Weapons 
  • Can another rookie submit items on my behalf?
    • We expect you to fulfill your 5 minimum item requirements; if this isn't looking feasible please let Auction leadership know ASAP
  • What donors/companies are off-limits?
    • Do Not Contact List on HLSR website
    • Official Licensed Vendor List
    • Why? They generously donate large sums of money and/or are considered an official sponsor of HLSR; we do not want to oversaturate their generosity
