Item Requirements for Rookies*
- 2 items valued at $500.00 or more
- 2 items valued at $100.00 or more
- 1 Gift Certificate for a restaurant valued at $100.00 or more
Note: We expect you to fulfill these requirements by the designated deadline of TBD; however, if you need help please let the leadership team know so we can assist.

- We expect you to fulfill your 5 minimum item requirements; if this isn't looking feasible please let Auction leadership know ASAP
- What donors/companies are off-limits?
- Do Not Contact List on HLSR website
- Official Licensed Vendor List
- Why? They generously donate large sums of money and/or are considered an official sponsor of HLSR; we do not want to oversaturate their generosity

A donation solicited to raise money for a committee dues account does not directly support the Show's educational or other charitable programs and may not be tax deductible.
