Buying Tickets and Making Donations

In order to purchase tickets, tables, or become a donor for the event, please click the "Tickets and Donations" button above and complete the purchase.  As we get closer to the event we will be sending out RSVP Links to be sent to your guests so that they can register.  You can also use the link to register everyone once you know who is coming if you have their information.  There will be an option in the RSVP Link to go ahead and put a card on file for the auction.  This will help us with getting everyone checked in faster so we can start having fun!

Donating Items

If you wish to donate an item to the event for our Live or Silent Auction, please contact a member of the event team.  Their contact information is at the bottom of this page.  Alternatively, you can click the "Item Donation Request" option in the menu above and complete the form.  Someone from the event team will then reach out to you about completing the process.

Parking and Hotel Information

We will have free parking in the garage.  We are working to get a hotel block for our attendees, please check back soon!

Mobile Bidding

This event will utilize the Greater Giving mobile bidding platform for the silent auction.  If you wish to familiarize yourself with how it works, there is a page in the menu called "How Online Bidding Works" that has a lot of information about how to use it.  When you check in at the event, the person helping you will complete your registration and once complete, you will receive a text message with your mobile bidding link.  From there you will click the link and will be able to bid on the silent auction items from your phone.  If you don't have a phone or have any trouble we will have people to assist you with your bids.
