Register To Participate
- Click Bidder Registration.
- Click the green "Create Account" button on the right side of the page. Or log in with existing credentials and skip to step 6.
- Confirm your email address by entering it into both fields, check the box for "I'm not a robot", and click the green "Confirm" button.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you.
- Check your inbox for an email from "Greater Giving Login" and click the link to finish registration. If you don't receive an email check your spam or click the "Resend Email" button on the "Verify Email" page.
- Enter all your contact information, along with your credit card. Make sure to enter your cell phone number to receive text message alerts when the auction opens and updates about your favorite auction items.
- Click the large green gavel button on the right that reads "Start Bidding" underneath it.
- You're all set and ready to Bid! Scroll down to see all auction items

How Will the Auction Work?
Live Auction
Our Live Auction will take place virtually on Oct. 28, 2020 from 6-8 p.m. through ZOOM using the following link:

In order to participate in the Live Auction, we ask that you register as a bidder through the Greater Giving website, CLICK HERE. Live Auction bidding will take place through our chat feature within the ZOOM meeting but typing the word "BID" to submit your bid. The auctioneer will accept announce all submitted bids live as he would in a normal auction setting. As the auctioneer closes the bidding on each item he will announce the winner and the item will be sold.
Silent Auction
The Silent Auction will be sold utilizing the Greater Giving online bidding platform. Bidder MUST be registered through Greater Giving to be able to bid online. The Silent Auction will open on Monday, Oct. 19th at 9 a.m. and will close on Friday, Oct. 30th at noon.
Ways to Support the Event
- Register as a bidder and bid on items. Even if you don’t win it helps raise additional money!
- Are you interested in becoming an Award Donor for the Sheep and Goat Show or Sheep Dog Trials? Be sure to click on the DONATE button at the top of the website for our award donor level opportunities.
- Would you like to make a cash donation to the fundraiser? You can make a cash donation through our silent auction page by clicking the blue DONATE button within our Silent Auction. We will also have a Paddles Up portion opportunity during our Live Auction were you can be recognized live for your generous donation!
